  15.      _s_d_p_d listens for multicast announcements on the network (as observed by
  16.      the server), maintains an updated list of these announcements, and makes
  17.      them available to clients through the use of the ._s_d_r _m_i_m_e _t_y_p_e suffix.
  18.      _s_d_p_d also maintains a list of locally created announcements, broadcasting
  19.      the information periodically.  The _s_d_p_d server supports Mbone
  20.      announcements of type SPD V1, SPD V2, and SGI Radio.

  23.      _s_d_p_d listens on multicast address _2_2_4._2._1_2_7._2_5_5 and port _9_8_7_6 for SDP
  24.      V1.0, multicast address _2_2_4._2._1_2_7._2_5_4 and port _9_8_7_5 for SDP V2.0, and
  25.      multicast address _2_3_9._7._7._0 and port _5_8_0_0_2 for SGI Radio announcements.
  26.      The V2.0 address can be altered with the -a and -p options (see below.)

  28.      Locally created announcements are broadcast every 15 minutes on multicast
  29.      address _2_2_4._2._1_2_7._2_5_4, port _9_8_7_5.

  31.      _s_d_p_d is launched at system startup time.  The operation of the server is
  32.      controlled by the setting of the _c_h_k_c_o_n_f_i_g _s_d_p_d option.  The
  33.      /_e_t_c/_i_n_i_t._d/_r_u_n-_s_d_p_d {_s_t_a_r_t,_s_t_o_p} script is provided to allow one to stop
  34.      or start the server manually after the _c_h_k_c_o_n_f_i_g _s_d_p_d option is
  35.      appropriately set.
